Pomuni Frozen again recognized as a Factory of the Future for advanced production

Pomuni Frozen has once again been recognized as a "Factory of the Future." The Antwerp-based family company received the award from Agoria and Sirris, which every three years honor manufacturing companies that excel in forward-looking and future-ready operations.
 

Recognition for digitalization and sustainable production

The distinction follows a comprehensive audit evaluating digitalization, advanced production technologies, human-centered organization, and sustainable value chains. According to the auditors, Pomuni Frozen stood out particularly for the progress achieved over the past three years.

Pomuni Frozen, a producer of frozen potato specialties, has invested heavily in digitalization, process optimization, and sustainable production methods. The company manages the entire value chain from potato to finished product, combining scale with flexibility and consistent quality control.

The company is part of Pomuni, a Belgian family business based in Ranst that has been active in the potato sector for nearly 100 years. Today, the fourth generation of the Muyshondt family leads the company with a focus on sustainable growth.
