Drying System
For small capacities, Lalesse offers an infrared drying drum. This is a great, user- friendly option for drying lower outputs for one product. The heat applied, the rotation and the speed of the drum can be controlled to ensure each piece is dried. Alternatively, Lalesse also supplies belt dryers. These use hot air which passes through the product bed and circulates back to the burner.

Belt Dryer
The Belt Dryer transports the product within a conditioned environment, where heated air provides control and equal drying.

AeroDry conveyor dryer
Bühler dryers set the standard for product quality, performance and sanitation in the potato industry. Custom systems are available for drying, dehydro-freezing, dehydrating, roasting and baking processes.

Condensation Drying
Condensation Drying is the method for drying for agricultural products both now and in the future. When drying constantly depends on the weather conditions and preserving the quality of the product is paramount, a condenser drying unit is a clever purchase.

Small line to pack potatoes
In this example of a small line to pack potatoes (5 ton per hour), produce can be received onto an Elevator where they are fed into a Horizontal Debris Remover, to remove loose dirt, vine, and other debris.

Vibrator 207
Herbort Vibrator 207 distributes, sorts and removes excess water through the use of vibration slots. The gutters are manufactured in different lengths and widths, depending on the available space and the desired performance.

Continuous Oven
The Incalfer Continuous Oven is a compact, high-efficiency baking unit designed for continuous production environments. .

Washing line Roller Dryer
Tummers Washing Line Roller Dryer ensures that after washing and destoning the moisture still present is removed from the potatoes or tubers without affecting the product characteristics.

Roller Dryer
The roller dryer is used for the drying of tuberous and bulbous crops. The roller dryer is part of the processing line and will most cases be place after the washer or Combi-washer.

Air dryer
The Allround Air dryer is designed to use a high-powered fan to remove water from the product. With the web belt, the water goes through the web and can be collected in a gutter or bin.

Potato starch extraction system
The Incalfer Potato Starch Extraction System is designed to operate efficiently in a 700 kg/h potato chips processing plant.

Absorbent Drying Roller
Absorbent Drying Rollers remove excess moisture from the surface of fresh produce, reducing the risk of bacterial growth. The roller's porous surface draws in moisture as produce travels along the bed.

Drum Dryer
Tummers is world market leader in potato flake lines. In a flakes line, the Drum Dryer dries the potato mash. A thin, perfectly distributed layer of mash is deposited onto the heated cylinder which evaporates excess moisture and creates a sheet of dried potato.

Transverse Washer
The Transverse Washer removes dirt and debris using a range of roll types, speeds, spray bars, and retention flaps, resulting in thorough and efficient scrubbing in a short distance.

Potato Flake Lines
Potato flake lines are a Tummers Specialty. Destoning, washing, peeling, cutting, cooking, mashing, drying, flaking, milling and packaging, all effortlessly performed.

E²E SteamClosure
The introduction of the E2E SteamClosure means those days are over. In conjunction with partner Solutherm, Tummers is continuing to expand the Emission to Energy (E2E) concept through the addition of this ingenious extraction system.

French Fries Belt Dryer
The French Fries Belt Dryer by Sensitar Machinery ensures fast, uniform dehydration with precise temperature control. It preserves crispness, reduces moisture, prevents hardening, and supports efficient, stable operation in industrial potato processing lines.

Flo-Dry Dryer
The Flo-Dry system is a natural gas-fired, Single or Triple pass oven-dryer designed to evaporate moisture from extruded snacks and other products. These are typically receiving the product at the inlet at around 9-10% (exit extruder) and outputting the product at 1-2%.
