Flo-Dry Dryer
The Flo-Dry system is a natural gas-fired, Single or Triple pass oven-dryer designed to evaporate moisture from extruded snacks and other products. These are typically receiving the product at the inlet at around 9-10% (exit extruder) and outputting the product at 1-2%.

Small line to pack potatoes
In this example of a small line to pack potatoes (5 ton per hour), produce can be received onto an Elevator where they are fed into a Horizontal Debris Remover, to remove loose dirt, vine, and other debris.

Washing line Roller Dryer

Tummers is world market leader in potato flake lines. In a flakes line, the Drum Dryer dries the potato mash. A thin, perfectly distributed layer of mash is deposited onto the heated cylinder which evaporates excess moisture and creates a sheet of dried potato.

SFW Mud Pump is a severe-duty 'mud' pump for dirty abrasive water.

Drum Dryer
The Drum Dryer will dry cooked potatoes until flakes are formed. The drum is heated from the inside using steam; the mash is applied to the drum by means of a screw conveyor.

Medium Potato Line
Medium Potato line is a 25-ton line which has two receiving options. Produce may be received directly from a field harvest truck or via storage bins using an Electric Bin Tipper.

Hydro Dryers
The Hydro Dryers are used to remove water from chips and oil from farsan, namkeen, and fryums, made of S.S. 304 with an automatic tilting system, available in two models (DR-1 and DR-2) with capacities of 50 kg/hr and up to 120 kg/hr respectively.

Air Knife Water Removal System
The Air Knife Water Removal System efficiently removes excess surface water from wet, freshly washed products. By generating two high-velocity air curtains across the width of a conveyor or washer discharge, the system lifts and separates the product to remove surface water, starch, and particles.

Autotrax
A patented system for an optimum drying process that turns mash into potato flakes. The Tummers Autotrax makes sure that excess mash on the application rollers of the dryer is scraped off efficiently.
