Our products are sold primarily to markets in Ontario, Québec, the Maritimes, the United States, and the Caribbean.
GAM potatoes are harvested and processed with the greatest care. After washing and brushing as requires, they are calibrated electronically (Hagan Sizer) prior to packaging in a range of formats. Their potatoes also frequently undergo X-ray analysis to detect any potential internal irregularities.
