The cleaning system operates with a final rinse temperature of 85 °C, ensuring that components are fully sanitized and bacteria-free. This hygienic result is verified through laboratory testing, making the system suitable for food manufacturers that must comply with strict hygiene regulations.

Streamlined Production Workflow
In many installations, the JEROS washer is placed directly on the weigher platform, minimizing transport distance between the scale and the cleaning system. While components are being washed, employees can simultaneously dry-clean the weigher center or prepare the next set of components, ensuring efficient use of time.
The complete cleaning process—including loading components, transporting racks, washing, drying the weigher center, and reinstalling the parts—can typically be completed in 20–30 minutes.
Safe and Reliable Component Cleaning
During cleaning, hoppers are washed with opened flaps and tensioned springs, allowing thorough access to all surfaces. After the high-temperature rinse, the components are almost completely dry and ready to be placed back on the weigher.
The system is designed to clean delicate scale parts effectively while ensuring no damage to the components.
