Frito-Lay: Mouse did not come from factory

Frito-Lay said Tuesday it has determined that a mouse found in a bag of potato chips likely entered the bag in the man's house and did not get deep fried at the factory.

Frito-Lay, a unit of PepsiCo Inc. (NYSE:PEP) , said an independent veterinary pathologist found that the mouse entered the bag alive after the bag left the factory.
