The Northern Philippines Root Crops Research and Training Center (NPRCRTC) at Benguet State University is one of two organisations in the Philippines to spearhead, coordinate, and implement the national root crops research, development, and extension programs.
The other organisation is the Philippine Root Crops Research and Training Center at Visayas State University.
