Holiday Snacks Ltd, an operating company of the Bermudez group, is a snack manufacturer in the Caribbean.
Holiday Snacks Ltd was acquired by the Bermudez Group in 1989. The company at the time of acquisition required a significant investment to achieve its vision of becoming the best snack company in the Caribbean. Having little knowledge of the snacking industry, the path to success was difficult.
The company operates two production locations in Trinidad and exports to 10 markets in the Caribbean, Jamaica being one of its biggest markets.
Products are sold using brand names including Chipz (Potato Chips), Tortillaz (Tortilla Chips), Cheeze Stiks, Big Foot and Soldanza (Banana, Plantain and Cassava Chips). In addition the company sells a range of extruded snacks and nuts
