LLC Maxim Gorky / Maxim Gorky Plus is a Russian potato grower and processor that produces fresh potatoes, processed potatoes, potato flakes, and dried mashed potatoes. The firm manages an integrated potato supply chain that includes potato cultivation, harvesting, storage, quality control, processing, packaging, and shipping. Potato flakes are used as an ingredient in a variety of culinary products, including instant mashed potatoes, prepared dishes, snacks, and other potato-based items. The firm also manufactures dry potato puree under the trademark "Пюрешкa" (Pyureshka).
The firm is a member of the National Land firm (National Land Company Group), with agricultural operations in Russia's Tula and Bryansk regions. Previously, business material portrayed the project as encompassing more than 40,000 hectares of agricultural land, including sections dedicated to potato farming and irrigation. The company established its potato-flake processing operation in 2011 and then extended its processing and packaging capabilities. According to current corporate figures, over 160,000 tonnes of potatoes are accepted for processing each season, resulting in up to 25,000 tonnes of potato flakes. Approximately 40% of manufacturing is exported to overseas markets in Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
