Indusfood Manufacturing 2026 is the 5th edition of India’s premier trade exhibition dedicated to the food and beverage manufacturing industry. It will be held from 6th to 8th January 2026 at Yashobhoomi (IICC), Dwarka, New Delhi.
This event brings together global technology suppliers, industry leaders, and innovators across food processing, packaging, ingredients, and hospitality equipment. With over 500 exhibitors expected and around 20,000+ trade visitors, it offers a powerful platform for networking, sourcing, and collaboration.
The exhibition spans about 30,000 sqm and will feature more than 200 live machine demonstrations, allowing attendees to experience cutting-edge manufacturing technologies first-hand. Key product segments include food processing machinery, packaging technology, automation & robotics, food ingredients & additives, logistics & supply chain solutions, quality control & safety equipment, eco-friendly packaging, energy solutions, and hygiene systems.
A highlight of the event is the India Food Manufacturing Summit, running concurrently. The summit will host expert-led sessions on industry trends, regulatory developments, and innovation, while an Innovation Zone spotlights start-ups and breakthrough technologies. There are also Excellence Awards that recognize outstanding companies in technology, sustainability, and leadership.
The event is organized by the Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI), making it a highly credible platform for business and thought leadership. The expo runs daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and is tailored for food manufacturers, processors, suppliers, investors, policymakers, and technology providers.
