The PSA Summer Symposium 2026, hosted by the Potato Sustainability Alliance, will take place on July 15–16, 2026, at the Food + Farm Exploration Center in Plover.
This fifth annual symposium brings together potato growers, processors, researchers, sustainability leaders, students, and industry partners from across North America to explore the latest data, insights, and innovations shaping the future of potato sustainability.
As the cornerstone sustainability event for the potato industry, the symposium offers in-depth insights into PSA On-Farm Assessment results, third-party verification updates, and emerging sustainability trends. The program includes interactive sessions, panel discussions, and networking opportunities that encourage practical, real-world collaboration across the potato value chain.
The 2026 edition will highlight findings from the 2025 assessment cycle and examine multiyear trends in key areas such as soil health, water stewardship, biodiversity, greenhouse gas emissions, and community impact. Attendees will also gain updates on technology innovations, local grower experiences, and ongoing efforts to advance credible, data-driven sustainability reporting.
Set in the heart of Wisconsin’s potato-growing region, the Food + Farm Exploration Center provides an interactive and educational environment that aligns with PSA’s mission of transparency, collaboration, and sustainable agriculture.
