Peruanita Wayru, also called Suytu Peruanita or Sumaq Peruanita, is a native potato from Huancavelica. Recognized for its elongated, yellow skin with irregular red patches, this variety resembles the popular Peruanita in color and Wayru group in shape. It’s culturally significant and widely appreciated for its pleasant taste when boiled.
