Sormac’s SRS spiral roller grader is designed for grading peeled root products, particularly potatoes. It uses plastic rollers with spiral-shaped grooves to grade products from Ø20–100 mm, with a capacity of up to 3,750 kg/h.

Sormac’s DT dip tank provides controlled product contact with water, with or without additives, and adjustable dwell times of 1–5 minutes. It handles potatoes, carrots and onions at up to 5,000 kg/h, for cooling and product treatment.

Sormac’s DMC potato halving machine divides peeled potatoes into two pieces with precise, uniform cuts. Its self-aligning roller bed and sharp rotary blades ensure consistent results, while the continuous system delivers high capacity of up to 72,000 potatoes per hour.

Sormac’s MC basket centrifuge removes excess water from leafy vegetables and other cut and uncut products. It processes up to 1,000 kg/h, with batches of up to 15 kg, 100 programmable recipes and a low 560 mm infeed height.

Sormac’s F-1000 manual slice and wedge cutter range cuts vegetables and fruit into slices, wedges or sticks. Available in F-1000, F-1000L and F-1000XL sizes, the range offers manual operation and a capacity of 600 pcs/h.

Sormac’s FS-1500 slice and wedge cutter processes vegetables and fruits into slices, half slices, wedges or sticks. It handles products up to 120 mm diameter and 220 mm length, with a capacity of 1,500 pcs/h and modular cutting options choices.

Sormac Knife Peeler MS range delivers smooth hand-peeled results for potatoes and root vegetables. Processing products from Ø30–180 mm at up to 2,650 kg/h, it removes eyes and black spots with adjustable speed and dwell time.

Sormac FS-3600 is a semi-automatic fruit and vegetable cutter for (decored) wedges, (half) slices and sticks. Available in MultiCut and MultiSystem versions, it delivers precise cutting with a straight edge, flexible options and up to 4,000 pcs/h capacity.

Sormac EAP Excenter Waste Pump is designed to collect peeled and process waste, centralise it, and pump it to a central collecting area. Ideal for transporting waste from potato and carrot processing lines, with dimensions depending on execution.
