Autotrax
A patented system for an optimum drying process that turns mash into potato flakes. The Tummers Autotrax makes sure that excess mash on the application rollers of the dryer is scraped off efficiently.
Drum Dryer
Tummers is world market leader in potato flake lines. In a flakes line, the Drum Dryer dries the potato mash. A thin, perfectly distributed layer of mash is deposited onto the heated cylinder which evaporates excess moisture and creates a sheet of dried potato.
