Jay's Foods was a US Snack Food Company from the Chicago area. Brand names included Jays Potato Chips, O-KE-DOKE popcorns, Krunchers! Potato Chips, and a line of Hot Stuff snacks.

The company went into bankruptcy protection in October 2007. Jay's Foods was acquired by Snyder's of Hanover in December 2007.
