FPS Food Process Solutions to Acquire Charlottetown Metal Products

Food Processing Solutions (FPS) is in the process of acquiring majority control of the Charlottetown Metal Products (CMP), subject to local government approval. Both companies supply processing equipment to the potato processing industry.
