The Dutch Potato Processing Industry (Vereniging voor de Aardappelverwerkende Industrie, VAVI) is the trade association representing the potato processing industry in the Netherlands.
The organization represents Dutch manufacturers of frozen French fries, chilled potato products, dried and dehydrated potato products and other processed potato foods, supporting the sector through advocacy, sustainability initiatives, industry cooperation and market representation.
