Kadi AG is a privately owned Swiss manufacturer of frozen and refrigerated foods, including french fries and potato specialties such as Rösti.

Kadi, headquartered in Langenthal (Switzerland), was founded in 1951 as a potato flakes factory.

Kadi supplies potato products and other frozen foods for the Swiss foodservice and retail market. The company has a large customer base: more than 170 customers (wholesalers, cash and carries and retailers) benefit from Kadi’s strive for continuous quality management.

The Swiss company has grown steadily in recent years and now employ, depending on the season, between 150 and 200 employees in the refrigerated and frozen products.

Since 2013 Paragon Partners, a private, owner-managed investment company from Munich, has the majority interest.

The company processes up to 30 000 ton of potatoes per year.

In 2017, KADI employed 180 people and generated sales of over CHF 70 million.
