AAC Hamer is an early-round white variety good for the fresh market and is also suitable for chipping. AAC Hamer has an attractive smooth skin finish with shallow eyes.

AAC Midnight is a round purple skinned and fleshed variety. It is a high yielding, mid-season variety with a uniform size and shape. It has good boil and bake scores and a low incidence of hollow heart. It has moderate resistance to foliar late blight and common scab.

Alturas is used primarily for processing, with its light russeting limiting its use for fresh pack; however, it has been rated highly for its culinary quality. It is notable for its high yields and solids, and cold sweetening resistance.

Atlantic is a determinate variety, is mid-season in maturity and has a medium to large vine. Due to its high yield and high specific gravity, measures dry matter content mostly starch, it is the major chip potato variety in North America.

Bellanita is an early salad variety producing very high tuber numbers with an attractive yellow skin and pale yellow flesh colour.

Good yielding medium early, white-fleshed French fry variety for the fast-food (QSR) market. Fairly big, uniformly-sized long oval tubers with shallow eyes.

This variety is a cross between Marabel and AR 93-1243, an Agrico Research seedling. Marabel is a major consumer variety in Germany. This is the first successful variety for breeder Jan Lucas Spijkman.

The Corsica is a high yielding, high setting chipping variety. It has shallow eyes, uniform shape, with a light yellow flesh color. Corsica has very good crisping quality after long term storage.

The Dakota Pearl has a smooth, white skin and a white flesh. It has medium-sized round tubers with shallow eyes. Although originally intended for potato chip processing because it has excellent chipping qualities.

Excellency is a fresh market variety with processing capabilities. It has yellow skin and light yellow flesh. Tubers are long oval, rather big and have very shallow eyes. Tuber numbers are moderate.

Libero is an early maturing variety well suited for the fresh market with good frying capabilities. Tubers are long-oval with a uniform russet skin and light yellow flesh color. Baked, roasted, boiled, mashed, or as fresh-cut fries the Libero can do it all.

The Ranger Russet is a mid-season potato variety known for its high yield, long oblong tubers, and russet-colored skin. It features white, starchy flesh that is ideal for baking, frying, and mashing.

The Roko is a mid to late maturing fresh market variety with good yields. Roko tubers are uniform, oval round shaped and have shallow eyes. The skin is smooth, deep red in colour and the flesh colour is white.

Rosagold is an attractive, red-skinned table potato with excellent skin finish and good resistance to common scab and virus. This high-yielding, yellow-fleshed variety produces plenty of round-oval tubers of uniform shape.

Russet Burbank is used for Fresh, frozen, or dehydrated, this variety is ideal for all preparation styles. The exterior skin is relatively thin and light brown in color. The exterior shape is oval and slightly flattened, with few shallow eyes. The interior is off-white to ivory and moderately dense.

Russet Norkotah is an early to medium maturing (95-110 days from planting), determinate potato variety. Some key management characteristics are: medium-sized upright vine resulting in about 85% row closure.

Umatilla Russet is a moderately late maturing variety of potato especially suitable for frozen french fries processing.
