The Canela Russet potato is a relatively new variety of russet with smooth heavy skin and white inner flesh, making it perfect for baking. The large tubers store well, which comes in handy since you can expect high yields from this variety.

CENTENNIAL RUSSET

Centennial Russet is a late maturing, high quality fresh market potato variety adapted to certain irrigated areas of the West. Tubers are oblong, smooth, blocky and slightly flattened with a thick, dark netted skin. Eyes are shallow and sparse on the stem end. Tuber flesh is white.  Baking and boiling quality is excellent.

The Colorado Rose potato variety, released in 1996 by Colorado State University, is a mid-season potato known for its deep red skin and white to light yellow flesh. These oval to oblong tubers has a smooth, firm, and slightly waxy texture, making them ideal for boiling, roasting, baking, mashing, and steaming.

MODOC

MODOC

Modoc is an early maturing, red-skinned, white-fleshed potato cultivar for fresh market use. It was derived from a 1989 cross of ND1196-2R and ND2225-1R and was jointly released by the Agricultural Experiment Stations of Oregon, North Dakota, California, Idaho, and Washington in 2003. Modoc has red skin and white-colored flesh and is very high yielding.

Rainier Russet (AO06191-1) is a medium-to-late maturing selection with oblong to long, large russeted and attractive tubers. Total yields are similar to those of Russet Burbank and Ranger Russet and slightly higher than Russet Norkotah.

Red La Soda is a very early variety that has high tolerance of heat, plants do not wither during heat and drought. Beautiful smooth red skin with pure white flesh. Tubers are oblong and slightly flattened with medium deep eyes.

REVEILLE RUSSET

This attractive, early-maturing russet potato variety was selected for its wide adaptability including Texas and many other regions in the United States. Selection was targeted to tolerance of drastic weather conditions, taste, appearance and high marketable-count tubers.
Russet Norkotah

RUSSET NORKOTAH

Russet Norkotah is an early to medium maturing (95-110 days from planting), determinate potato variety. Some key management characteristics are: medium-sized upright vine resulting in about 85% row closure.
