Inventure Group, Burger King form potato chip alliance

Burger King (NYSE: BKC) has signed a license agreement with The Inventure Group (NASDAQ: SNAK) to develop a line of branded Burger King snacks. The Inventure Group makes the Poore Brothers brand of potato chips, among others.
The snacks will launch in vending machines, on airlines and in convenience, drug and grocery stores, beginning in November.
Burger King will also test market a 100-calorie bag in its restaurants.
