De omzet in de cafetariabranche is het eerste kwartaal van 2009 gestegen met 1,5 procent ten opzichte van dezelfde periode een jaar geleden. De kwartaalomzet in de gehele Nederlandse horecabranche daalde hard met 6,1 procent.
De gemiddelde omzetstijging in cafetaria’s van 1,5 procent kwam volgens het CBS geheel door gestegen prijzen.
