The International Potato Processing &Storage Convention is a unique convention alternating between Europe and North America.
Following a very successful event in Edinburgh in 2010, the Convention now rotates to North America and the organisers have announced the dates and venue as:

Organised by the magazines POTATO PROCESSING INTERNATIONAL and POTATO STORAGE INTERNATIONAL, the event uniquely combines speaker programmes for both the potato storage and potato processing industries, plus a ‘for all’ programme to offer an important and extensive programme of business-building presentations, plus plenty of networking opportunities.
