In Rusland kampen ze nog steeds met een tekort aan poot- en consumptieaardappelen. De vicepremier van Rusland heeft daarom aan de Nederlandse minister Maxime Verhagen om aardappelen gevraagd. De Nederlandse Aardappel Organisatie(NAO) inventariseert nu wat er nog beschikbaar is voor Rusland.
Minister Maxime Verhagen, van Economische zaken Innovatie en Landbouw (EL&I), heeft vorige week met de vicepremier van Rusland, Victor Zubkov, gesproken over het tekort aan aardappelen in Rusland. Het gaat hierbij zowel om pootgoed als om consumptieaardappelen. Hij heeft daarbij aangegeven dat hij zou gaan kijken hoeveel aardappelen er nog beschikbaar zijn voor Rusland.
