Designed to create great-tasting, hard-bite chips, it delivers uniform frying with capacities of 150 lbs. (68 kg), 200 lbs. (91 kg), or 350 lbs. (159 kg) of finished products per hour, making it ideal for consistent, high-quality chip production.
