Incalfer - Continuous Line of Chifles

The standard production line includes a peeled banana cutter positioned at the entrance of the fryer, ensuring the sliced product is discharged directly into the circulating oil. The slices can be either transverse or longitudinal, depending on the desired cut.

The continuous fryer can feature either built-in or external heating, depending on the selected fryer type. Following the frying process, the product moves through a rotary drum flavoring system to achieve the desired taste. The line concludes with a continuous cooler, which reduces the product to room temperature, allowing for immediate packaging while maximizing shelf life.

These continuous production lines are available with capacities of 80, 125, 180, 250, and 350 kg/h.
