Op basis van de beschikbare gegevens via de verzamelaanvragen en de eenmalige perceelsregistratie heeft Vlaams minister van Landbouw Kris Peeters de eerste resultaten bekendgemaakt van de land- en tuinbouwteelten die dit jaar ingezaaid of geplant werden.
Het Vlaamse aardappelareaal zou dit jaar met ruim tien procent toenemen tot 40.594 hectare.
