Bikanervala Foods Invests USD 13.8 million to Expand Jewar Manufacturing Facility in Uttar Pradesh

Bikanervala Foods is expanding its manufacturing facility in Jewar, Uttar Pradesh, with a fresh investment of approximately INR 131 crore (USD 13.8 million) to strengthen production capacity and meet growing demand for traditional Indian snacks and packaged food products.

The brownfield expansion will be carried out within the company’s existing 1,01,312-square-metre manufacturing hub near Noida International Airport. As part of the project, the facility’s built-up area will increase from 60,861.98 square metres by an additional 19,676.39 square metres.

The expansion will enable the company to enhance its manufacturing capabilities by leveraging existing infrastructure rather than developing a new facility.

INR 131 Crore Investment to Boost Manufacturing Capacity

Bikanervala Foods’ latest investment of approximately INR 131 crore (USD 13.8 million) will take the total investment in its Jewar manufacturing facility to around INR 548 crore (USD 57.7 million). The additional investment reflects the strategic importance of the facility in supporting the company’s manufacturing and distribution operations.

Located near Noida International Airport, the manufacturing hub benefits from regional connectivity that can support the movement of supplies and finished products.

Expansion to Support Growing Market Demand

The expansion comes amid growing demand for traditional Indian snacks and packaged food products. Increasing production capacity will help Bikanervala Foods strengthen its ability to serve consumers and support its broader business growth objectives. 

By adopting a brownfield expansion approach, the company is building on its existing manufacturing base while increasing operational scale. The project is expected to further strengthen the Jewar facility’s role in Bikanervala Foods’ manufacturing network.

With the additional investment, Bikanervala Foods is reinforcing its manufacturing presence in Uttar Pradesh and positioning its operations to support future demand in India’s traditional snacks and packaged food market.
