Elea to showcase new PiCon tools in webinar on PEF process control

Elea Technology invites food industry professionals to an upcoming webinar showcasing the latest developments in its PiCon portfolio, designed to bring new intelligence to Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) process control.

PiCon Sense uses AI, acoustic and vibration signal analysis to assess treatment effectiveness in real time. The portfolio is also expanding with new tools, including PiCon Vision and PiCon Flow. 
 

Webinar on PEF process monitoring and control

Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) technology is used in the food industry to improve processing efficiency, resulting in higher product quality, increased yield and reduced costs through the application of short high-voltage pulses to raw materials. PiCon tools complement PEF processes with real-time process monitoring, control and immediate adjustments.

The webinar will take place online on June 30, 2026, at 15:00. Participation is free of charge.

During the webinar, Elea's Managing Director Prof. Dr. Stefan Toepfl and Food Engineer and PhD student Madita Kirchner will share the latest developments in PiCon, provide insights into industrial implementation and highlight the value of PiCon across different PEF applications.

The webinar will be held in English and participants will have the option to activate live language translation. A recording of the session will be sent to all registered participants after the event.
