The Downs CropVision 280 PU is a new optical sorter designed for precise grading of agricultural products, including potatoes. It features a reject conveyor for sorting out unwanted items, improving efficiency in the grading process.

The GKA separates weeds from the flume flow, effectively removing leaves and other floating debris from root crops during processing. It can be equipped with the optional Compressed Air Weed Lifter DLKH, which lifts leaves in the flume water for easier collection.

Drum Stone Separator TSA/TKA separates stones, gravel, and sand from flume water using a stone-lifting wheel. Features adjustable separation, self-cleaning drum, wear-resistant materials, and a geared sprocket drive for reliable, low-maintenance operation.

Dirt Screening Drum (DSD) Separates dry soil from root crops via rotation and vibration. PU-coated cables act as a sieve, letting earth fall below. Inclined design moves crops onward. Driven by gear motor and rollers; fed by user’s conveyor system.

The SiccaDania refining sieve is developed for the separation of solids from process fluids. It is equipped with an effective and fully automatic drum cleaning system and is especially suitable for separating fibers from fluids.

Most vibratory conveyors are indirectly driven by two out of balance motors based on natural frequency. These shakers shake far more intensely than directly driven shakers, furthermore they use less energy and give less unwanted vibrations that hinder the surroundings.
