This geometry increases surface area for crispiness and greater yield while maintaining a velvety interior, delivering both texture and visual intrigue versus conventional straight-cut fries. Each fry is also coated with Lamb Weston’s invisible Stealth™ coating, delivering:

  • Extended holding time and up to 20 minutes of long-lasting crispiness.
  • Strong performance from deep fryers (3 minutes at 175°C/350°F) or ovens (15–20 minutes at 200°C).

Original Mash Cup


Rounding out the lineup, Lamb Weston® Original Mash delivers classic comfort with modern convenience. This smooth, creamy mashed potato is pre-portioned and simplified for today’s fast-paced kitchens. Shelf-stable at ambient temperature with a 12-month shelf life, each cup ensures perfect consistency and is ready in just 10 seconds, simply remove the seal, add 135ml of hot water, and stir.
