FONTAGRO (Regional Fund for Agricultural Technology) is a Latin American and Caribbean-based agricultural research and innovation fund that supports initiatives in agricultural technology, sustainable production, food systems, climate resilience, and rural development. It funds and encourages collaboration among agricultural research institutions, universities, governments, producers, and other organizations working on agricultural development.

FONTAGRO, founded in 1998, is a cooperation mechanism that includes 15 countries from Latin America and the Caribbean. The fund is supported by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA). Its operations revolve upon regional research projects, technological collaboration, information exchange, and the development and application of agricultural technologies.
