Europatat Congress 2027 to Celebrate 75th Anniversary in Lisbon

Europatat Congress 2027 will take place from 2 to 4 June 2027 at the Altis Grand Hotel in Lisbon, Portugal. Co-organised by Europatat and the Portuguese Potato Association Porbatata, the event will mark Europatat's 75th anniversary and the first time Portugal has hosted the congress.

The three-day event will bring together potato industry professionals from across Europe and beyond to exchange perspectives, discuss key challenges and opportunities facing the potato sector, and celebrate 75 years of European cooperation in the potato trade.

Congress Programme and Technical Visits

The programme will begin on Wednesday, 2 June, with Europatat's internal meetings. A public conference and a special anniversary Gala Dinner are scheduled for Thursday, 3 June, followed by optional technical visits on Friday, 4 June. Further details about the programme will be announced in the coming months.

Participant registration is expected to open in early 2027, giving industry professionals an opportunity to plan their attendance at this anniversary edition.

Sponsorship Opportunities Now Open

Sponsorship opportunities are already available for companies seeking to increase their visibility within the European potato sector. Three packages are offered: Silver at €3,500, Gold at €6,000 and Platinum at €10,000.
