Vegetable producer Stranda Baltic has launched its new fresh vegetables production unit in Salas parish in Latvia at a cost of EUR 2 mln. The main product of Norwegian-owned Stranda Baltic SIA is small snack carrots, which are packed in mini plastics bags.
In future Stranda Baltic plans to produce also party potatoes.
