Craft Guild endorsement for Aviko frozen mashed potato

May 22, 2009

Aviko’s Super Mash has become the first frozen product to be endorsed with the Craft Guild of Chefs “Fit for Purpose and Quality Assurance” assessment.

All varieties of Super Mash were tested rigorously by Craft Guild chefs, including one working in a pub with banqueting facilities.

Super Mash is ready to serve from frozen in under 12 minutes, so can offer real savings in time, as well as labour and waste.
