Iscon Balaji Foods (IBF) is a leading manufacturer and exporter of frozen and dehydrated potato variants from India since 2012. IBF is an Asia’s largest dehydrated potato flakes manufacturer and largest potato French-Fries manufacturer from India.

An integrated farm-to-freezer approach has enabled them to deliver an uninterrupted supply of premium frozen potato delicacies and dehydrated potato flakes to global customers.

Iscon Balaji operates a potato flake production line with an annual capacity of around 40,000 metric tons, supporting large-scale supply for food processing and ingredient applications.
