The US National Potato Council (NPC) has launched a new website to help defend the Potato in School Lunch.
The objective of the website is to better inform the public and to provide an easy to use link for submitting comments to the legislators in Washington.

National Potato Council Executive Director John Keeling says, "The site is designed to be a focal point for key information supporting our position that there is no need to, or value in limiting starchy vegetables in school meal plans."
