Pestova Shpk (L.L.C.) is a vertically integrated potato processing company based in Kosovo, established in 1991 and re-registered in 1999. Since 2008, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has been a shareholder. Pestova’s operations span seed potato production, table potato cultivation, and the production of processed potato snacks, including chips, flips, snacks, and stix, marketed under the brand name VIPO.

The company also engages in the import and sale of agricultural machinery, inputs, and equipment, supporting local farmers in Kosovo and Albania. Pestova follows GLOBAL GAP standards to ensure sustainable practices and consistent product quality.
