The SureTec 240P is a high-capacity potato cutter for French fries and dices. Potatoes are aligned by an impeller and cut through a preset SureCut Unit, delivering precise cuts, long fry length, high yield, and reliable continuous operation.

Rosenqvists Food Technologies offers an advanced frying system tailored for potato specialties. The frying system is designed to overcome common challenges in frying, such as maintaining oil quality, ensuring product consistency, and achieving extended production hours without interruptions.

Lalesse designs and manufactures single screw extruders of capacities up to approximately 300 kilograms per hour output depending on the product. Several extruders can also be combined to achieve higher capacities. These are short screw, high sheer extruders.

For small capacities, Lalesse offers an infrared drying drum. This is a great, user- friendly option for drying lower outputs for one product. The heat applied, the rotation and the speed of the drum can be controlled to ensure each piece is dried. Alternatively, Lalesse also supplies belt dryers. These use hot air which passes through the product bed and circulates back to the burner.
