This unit evenly sprays oils or oil-based solutions onto products in-line. It delivers precise, repeatable spray patterns with single-panel control of air pressure, pump speed, and feed rate. The result is improved yield, reduced waste, and simplified cleaning and maintenance.

The Flo-Flavour™ plus systems have been designed to apply powder and oil (if required) separately to products that do not need a slurry based flavour that soaks in. The systems are used for other snacks products like fried snacks.

The tna quik-coat® RD 5 has a grooved roller that ensures a consistent application of the ingredient cross band up to 1500 mm (59”). The roller and hopper can be removed for cleaning and quick product changes.
