According to Ellips, the system can save up to 80% on manual pre-sorting labour, reducing a five-person intake team to one person. The CleanFlow Pre-Sorter handles up to 120 tonnes per hour, allowing intake to maintain throughput during peak harvest periods.
Five widths from 1 to 3 meters
The CleanFlow Pre-Sorter is available in five widths ranging from 1 to 3 meters. Its compact, robust design is intended to fit into existing setups, with configurations suitable for operations ranging from a single farm line to a full industrial grading operation. The CleanFlow Pre-Sorter removes unwanted pieces individually and uses a controlled 35 cm drop for potatoes and onions. According to Ellips, potatoes and onions move through the system without bruising, even at full speed.
