Product Description
The FoodeQ Hex Spreader will be brought to market by a multinational company in sorting systems for nutrients. The machine can be applied at processing factories for potatoes and all kinds of vegetables to grade and clear carrots, onions or potatoes from debris and sand.
Furthermore, the machine is designed in such a way that it can be applied in the dry product processing part, as well as in the wet product processing part of a factory.
Also, the machine can spread a small product flow over the full width of the machine on a very short distance, improving the sorting result and singulating the product layer, irrespectively of the infeed layer height.
To conclude, the Hex Spreader can be equipped with a spray system which results in better removal of dirt, soil clods and roots from the products.
After extensive testing as a prototype, the Hex Spreader is now in production. Yet it can be called a successful development, because the first series of 15 Hex Spreader are delivered. The customer will from here ship and install the machines at various potato and vegetables processing plants anywhere in the world.
