Tolsma-Grisnich Stone, clod and haulm seperator

Tolsma-Grisnich Stone, clod and haulm seperator is used to make sure that unwanted elements like stones, clods and haulm is seperated from a batch of potatoes. Tolsma-Grisnich has developed the Stone-, Clod-, and Haulm seperator. The Stone-, Clod- and Haulm seperator distinguishes itself through its high capacity and energy efficiency.

Operation

An internal pump system, based on a propelling screw creates a simple and precise adjustable upwards stream. This allows for an optimal separation per desired situation. The machine is automatically controlled using high-end control components. The product flow is evenly supplied and put into a seperation bath.

The upward stream in the bath will push the product upward, whereas stones and clods will sink to the bottom and will be removed. The product and floating parts will float over the to the extraction conveyer (product conveyer) and the remaining floating particles will be driven to the haulm conveyer. After the seperation of stones, clods and haulm, the batch can be further processed.
