Researchers at MIT have made significant progress in promoting droplet formation for liquids with very low surface tension such as used in industrial heat exchangers facilitating heat transfer and improving efficiency.
About a quarter of the workers at the Cape Cod Potato Chips facility in Hyannis, Massachusetts were laid off as two of the three production lines are shut down.
