The Delhi High Court on Tuesday ruled that PepsiCo can claim a patent for the potato variety grown for its potato chips.

The 3-day event attracted nearly 300 exhibitors from around the world. Given the rapid growth that India’s food processing industry is currently witnessing, the event has generated valuable leads and deals for exhibitors.
