The market for Pulsemaster PEF-systems expands rapidly.  PEF systems are widely used in the potato industry to make crisps, French fries, and potato specialties such as hash browns or tator tots.

French Fry manufacturer Agristo orders two more Pulsemaster PEF-Systems
Pulsemaster, №1 provider of Pulsed Electric Field systems for potato processing, announces that it has entered into an agreement for the sale of two 100 kW Pulsed Electric Field systems to Agristo, a major producer of high-quality French fries and potato specialties.
Pulsemaster PEF-System: the tubers are dropped into the PEF-Treatment tank unit and the pulse generator is situated against the wall. The unit has a capacity of up to 30 t/h of tuber processing.
