Foodera Technologies Expands India Presence With New Ahmedabad Office and Local Service Team

Foodera Technologies is strengthening its presence in India. From November 2026, its new office in Ahmedabad's GIFT City will become the home of its growing Indian team, bringing local service and support closer to customers while connecting them directly to the wider expertise of Foodera Technologies.
At the heart of this next chapter is Ekant Agarwal, Managing Director of Foodera Technologies India, together with Neeraj Singh, Business Head (Operations & Developments - India) and a growing team of local specialists.
Ekant Agarwal:
"For us, being present in India is about much more than opening an office. It is about being closer to our customers, understanding what they need and giving them direct access to the people and technology that can help them move forward."

Two Strong Legacies. One Local Team.
The foundations of the Indian organization were built from the expertise and experience of Kiremko and Tummers, two renowned names in potato processing technology. Today, that knowledge comes together within Foodera Technologies. Different backgrounds and areas of expertise, but one close-knit team with a shared ambition: helping processors get more from their operations.

And that team is growing. Two new colleagues will join in November as Senior Service Engineer and Spare Parts Manager, further strengthening its capabilities in India.
Neeraj Singh, Business Head (Operations & Developments - India) at Foodera Technologies India:
"Combining our experience creates very short lines between our customers, our local specialists and the wider Foodera organization. We know the market, we know the technology and, most importantly, we know many of our customers personally. That is a strong foundation to build on."

Closer Means Faster
The strengthened presence will also translate into practical improvements for customers. Foodera Technologies is investing in local spare parts availability, faster technical support, customer training and on-site service.
The company's ambition is to respond to service requirements within 2-3 hours where possible, and within 24 hours depending on the requirement. A fully equipped mobile service van is also planned, bringing specialists and the right tools directly to customers when support is needed. At the same time, new training programs will help operators and technical teams improve equipment performance, production efficiency and process optimization. It is a simple philosophy: global expertise should feel local.
