Agrosad is a Polish vegetable company that specialises in the production, packaging, storage, and distribution of fresh table potatoes. The company operates across the potato supply chain — from growing and sourcing from a network of contract growers, through sorting and packing, to transport and delivery to retail chains, food processors, and wholesalers in Poland and abroad.
Founded in 1992 as a family farm specialising in early table potatoes, Agrosad expanded into processing-potato procurement and seed potato trading between 1992 and 1997. In 1998 it began packaging potatoes for retail chains, a strategic shift that drove its growth. During the 2000s the company built a broad grower network. Today Agrosad employs nearly 200 people and is one of the largest vegetable businesses in Poland, supplying major supermarket chains such as Biedronka, Lidl, Kaufland, Dino, and Żabka, as well as customers in other European countries.
Products offered:
- Table potatoes — white, red, yellow, and floury varieties in multiple pack formats
- Packed and branded potato lines for retail, including culinary, baking, salad, and early-season potatoes
- Bulk and wholesale potatoes for processing and foodservice
- Packaging and unit-packing services for potatoes
Agrosad operates from its headquarters in Błaszki, Łódź Voivodeship, Poland, where it maintains modern production halls, cold storage facilities, and sorting-and-packing lines. The company also runs its own transport fleet for domestic and international deliveries.
