Company Description
McCain Foods Limited entered the U.S. market more than 30 years ago and is a leading supplier of frozen potato and snack food products for the foodservice markets (including major national food chains).

McCain also supplies retail grocery chains with both McCain and private label potato products. Popular McCain frozen snack foods are sold under the Moore’s, Anchor and Brew City brands, and the Ellio’s frozen pizza brand.

McCain Foods USA Inc., headquartered in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, employs 4,000 people and operates production facilities in Idaho, Maine, Nebraska, Washington and Wisconsin.

McCain Foods USA Celebrates Groundbreaking of Major Expansion in Othello, Washington
McCain Foods USA, a leading supplier of frozen potato and snack food products across the country, celebrated the official start of construction of a 170,000-square-foot expansion at its Othello, Washington potato processing facility.
The greenhouse was funded completely through grants and many donor gifts. Dr. Don Zillman, who served as UMPI President from 2006-2012, and his wife Linda Zillman were the donors who provided the very first gift for the greenhouse.

The University of Maine at Presque Isle marked the completion of its state-of-the-art, four-season Zillman Family Greenhouse with an official opening and dedication ceremony on Friday, Sept. 27.
