BERGERAC
Bergerac is a variety with Vitelotte skin and purple flesh. More rustic than Vitelotte (free variety) it allows a better production in quantity and quality. Thanks to its dry matter, it allows the potato crisp production but can also be used for the fresh market (niche market). It is appreciated by great chefs for use in mash, crisp or purple French fries.

BOSTON
Boston is a mid-early, high-yielding red-skinned potato variety with oval, large tubers and light-yellow flesh. It offers very good foliage growth, 20% dry matter, and suitability for table and export markets. Boston shows strong resistance to viruses and tuber blight, and is immune to Ro1 and Ro4 potato cyst nematodes.
